General Orthopaedics & Joint Replacement

With the continued advancements in joint replacement surgery, we can now make truly life-changing improvements for patients with arthritic joints.  Whether it means getting back on the golf course or just a pain-free trip to the grocery, this ability to give people their lives back is why I chose to specialize in hip and knee replacements.  My practice includes management of all aspects of hip and knee replacement (including complex revisions and direct anterior hips)  as well as fracture/trauma care and general orthopaedics.

After graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of Notre Dame, I moved to Cleveland, OH for medical school at Case Western Reserve University and then completed my residency in orthopedic surgery at Wright State University.  After residency, I completed a fellowship in Adult Reconstruction at the University of Virginia, which allowed a full immersion in joint replacement before joining Tri-State Orthopaedics.  As an Evansville native, I am excited to be back home in the community where my wife and I grew up.

Taking care of patients is both a great honor and great responsibility that I take very seriously.  My first goal is to understand your unique situation, and then as a team, we will determine the best treatment plan.  I believe my role as a surgeon extends far beyond the operating room, and my staff and I will provide support through your whole treatment and recovery period.  We will work together through all facets of your care to get you back on your feet.
